Biography
Brian and Nichole met at Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho where Brian honed his entrepreneurial skills with a major in business administration and Nichole completed a degree in merchandising. Brian had a dream of building his own business and brought that dream to reality shortly after graduation when he and Nichole purchased PC Maintenance, where Brian had worked thru junior high, high school and college. Since 2002, Brian and Nichole have worked tirelessly together to build this small local business into a thriving multi-state operation through the development of a unique business model designed to perform parking lot maintenance for property managers, investors and big box entities on a regional basis. Starting in 2006, they began building a landscape division to complement their services and create a one stop shop for their clientele.

Company History
Brian and NicholePaul Cripps (the founder of PC Maintenance) began working for Eterna Line Corporation from a recommendation from his neighbor, Tony Bohner (Eterna Line’s attorney and Brian Bohner’s father). After two years, Paul decided to set out on his own and began PC Maintenance. Brian Bohner soon became PC Maintenance’s first employee, working weekends, holidays and summers thru junior high, high dchool and college. In the fall of 2002, Paul sold PC Maintenance to Brian and Nichole Bohner.
PC Maintenance LLC is now a limited liability company that operates as a full service asphalt and landscape maintenance company with established maintenance programs and solutions geared towards the needs of big box entities, multiple property owners and property managers. PC Maintenance is a full service company that is the center point to all areas of parking lot and grounds maintenance. We are not just a sweeping company, a striping company, an asphalt company, a snow removal company, or a landscape company, but a complete parking lot care and maintenance company.
